The Canopies Summer Spotlight Homes Event July 19, 2025

Make plans to join us for our Summer Spotlight Homes Event in The Canopies on Saturday, July 19th from noon to 3 p.m.

Enjoy complimentary food trucks at each model home park while you tour dozens on homes ready for quick move-in, just in time for the new school year! 

The D.R. Horton model home park will have the Boot Shooters BBQ food truck. Smith Douglas Homes and Castlerock Communities model home park will feature Twisted Grilled Cheese. And the New Home Co. model home park will be offering desserts from the Moooseum food truck. 

At each builder model home, you can register to win one of four fabulous summer gift baskets and there will be a grand prize drawing for a $500 VISA gift card. No purchase necessary to win. Every entry has an equal chance of winning. 

D.R. Horton is accessed from FM 2090:
From Downtown Houston get on I-69. Follow I-69 for about 33 miles. Take exit 165 from I-69 and make a left onto FM 2090. Follow FM 2090 for about for about 6 miles. Make a left turn into The Canopies.

The CastleRock Communities, New Home Co., & Smith Douglas Homes are accessed from Hwy. 242: Go north on Highway 69 for 32 miles; four miles north of the Grand Parkway. Take the Highway 242 exit onto the access road, and stay in the left lane. At the light, turn left onto Highway 242 and travel four miles to The Canopies, which will be on your right.
