Directions

The Canopies is located northeast of Houston between FM 242 and 2090 in Montgomery County, west of Highway 59/Interstate 69. Canopies Parkway and Harrington Trails will eventually connect to be a through corridor between 2090 and 242, but the road is not yet complete.

The D.R. Horton model home is accessed from 2090:

From Downtown Houston get on I-69. Follow I-69 for about 33 miles. Take exit 165 from I-69 and make a left onto FM 2090. Follow FM 2090 for about for about 6 miles. Make a left turn into The Canopies and you have arrived!

The CastleRock Communities, New Home Co., or Smith Douglas Homes model homes are accessed from Hwy. 242:

Hwy 59/69 Route – Drive north on Highway 59/69 for approximately 32 miles; four miles north of the Grand Parkway. Take the Highway 242 exit onto the access road, and stay in the left lane. At the red light, turn left onto Highway 242 and travel four miles to The Canopies, which will be on your right. You will see the grand monument at the entrance.

IH-45 Route – Drive north on IH-45, approximately 36 miles, to The Woodlands. Take Highway 242, which is the next exit past Research Forest. Stay on the access road in the right lane. At the red light, turn right onto Highway 242 and head east for 17 miles. The Canopies will be on your left. You will see the grand monument at the entrance.
