Tour The Canopies Grand Opening

The Canopies is now open and guests are invited to discover the wonder of this new home community first-hand during the Tour The Canopies Grand Opening! 

There are four new furnished model homes to explore. D.R. Horton, Castlerock Communities, Smith Douglas Homes and New Home Co. each has a model showcasing the new homes they are offering for sale, starting the low $200s, in The Canopies. 

During the event, guests can enjoy the Southern Sliders food truck, Moooseum Dessert food truck, a live band, bungee tramp, bounce house and face painting.
